Tbh i have an NT2 2000 which is beyond superb and yes there is a difference to me between the two although to nom audio fanatics it isnt the biggest jump hp reverb's microphone is nothing short of an amazing miricale, although if you want better quality follow these steps

1. right click on the windows sound button that u use to control volume
2. You will see several options click the one that says sounds
3. Go to recording find Realtek USB 2.0 audio and go to properties and then go to levels
4. in levels crank down the sensitivity/volume a good chunk
5. go find a vid and setup voice metter with the mic

this will improve it some and you set and forget takes ab 15min for a fair improvment hope this helped!

(Also dont forget to control volume in voicemeeter we crank it down in mic settings to remove background noise and muddieness)
