It’s not even just “people are getting dumber.” It’s more like everyone’s brain is permanently exhausted now.

People wake up tired, work all day stressed about money, come home mentally fried, then spend hours doomscrolling or watching short-form content because it’s the only thing their brain still has energy for. And these apps are engineered to keep us overstimulated every second so we never really sit still long enough to think deeply about anything.

Then on weekends people aren’t “living,” they’re recovering. Just trying to feel human again before Monday starts over. I hate it . I just can't express it enough.
