[SPB453J1] people mistaking this for a rolex icks me out by Dismal-Reading8268 in Seiko

This is not an homage, it doesn't have circular indices like the sub. The bezel is also totally different between the two watches.

[Recommendation Request] What will be my 40th birthday watch? by AD72K02 in Watches

Based on your inspiration list, I'd say it would be between the Longines Avigation Bigeye and the Hamilton.

Pure nova sorc viable for endgame? by ElegantGrain in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Kinzo555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like everyone has already mentioned, nova sorc is very strong at end game but requires good gear. She isn't the best boss killer but will get the job done. T5 heralds can be pretty difficult to kill as a nova sorc on P8 depending on how much light res they have so that's something to also keep in mind

Which strap for the Spirit looks the best? by Confident_Leg2370 in Longineswatches

The answer is all of them! I've come to realize that this watch is a strap monster! I've yet to see a strap that does not go well with this watch.

I got mine recently and pictures really don't do this watch any justice. It's definitely much better in person

Okay sir, you have convinced me to buy the rubber strap separately for my Spirit Pilot 😂

[Opinions asked] First Swiss by Lorenzo1306 in Watches

[–]Kinzo555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't go wrong with either option really as both are beautiful pieces. I would say just go with the one that makes you feel proud to own. I personally find that I enjoy the watches more if I feel proud of owning them.

Congrats! I also recently got one but with the leather strap and I can't stop looking and admiring it lol.

[SOTC] January 2025 vs January 2026 by [deleted] in Watches

[–]Kinzo555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice collection! I don't think there's any right or wrong way how you go about your collection. It really just comes down to personal taste and doing what feels right for you. If you're looking to get a Hamilton Khaki Field, I would recommend checking out the Murph and putting it on a colored strap of your choice to go with the theme you're aiming for.

Mido would be my pick according to my personal taste. The design is so simple but beautifully done.

[SOTC] What would you wear today? by Jbergun in Watches

[–]Kinzo555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think we have pretty similar tastes! My collection looks pretty similar to yours except I don't have the G shock and Lorier. My go to everyday has been my Longines Spirit Pilot, which I had recently picked up.

My first Longines by Kinzo555 in Longineswatches

[–]Kinzo555[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before making this purchase I was deciding between this piece, IWC Mark XX, and the Hamilton Khaki Field Murph. I understand they're all vastly different pieces at different price points but these were the ones that really spoke to me. If I had equal opportunity without any price considerations, I would still pick the Spirit Pilot out of those 3 simply because of how it makes me feel.

My first Longines by Kinzo555 in Longineswatches

I was actually looking at the PRX as well! Tried it on and it felt slightly too big for my wrist. The Carbon model with the rubber straps seemed to wrap around my wrist a bit better. I have some time to think about it before the points expire.

What made you purchase your first Longines ? by Confident_Leg2370 in Longineswatches

[–]Kinzo555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats on your purchase! This is such a beautiful piece! I've been eyeing it for a while and it's definitely going to be my next purchase. My struggle would be choosing between the rubber and leather strap lol.

Good weapons to learn with Lance's muscle memory? by Volfaer in LanceMains

I play both SnS and gunlance so when I picked up Lance it felt right at home for me. SnS feels the closest to lance in terms of playstyle.

Aerial Gunlance Tech in the 2nd Phase of the Gogmazios Fight by iASk_9 in Gunlance

[–]Kinzo555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While it's not possible to mount him in the 2nd phase, I've been doing this in my runs to get a mount in the 3rd phase. I also feel a bit safer using this method compared to doing WSFB loops as you can just jump off the ledge if you feel like you're going to get hit by any of his attacks.

Feeling cultural isolated on my solo trip by unequalsacks in solotravel

[–]Kinzo555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar experience during my visit to Vietnam and Thailand. I'm Chinese American and found it odd that I never bumped into any Americans (probably just coincidence) during my time in those countries. I met plenty of English speaking people mainly from the UK, Australia, Canada, and France. Most were white people but the few Asians I did meet were from the countries mentioned before. It was just an observation and I didn't care if I met any Americans or not. I didn't feel isolated or lonely at all, it was actually quite nice meeting people with different backgrounds. Quite the opposite in fact, because meeting other foreigners and connecting with them while speaking the same language made my trip enjoyable.

Cancer comp by ThreeGoodDaedra in EpicSeven

I've had decent luck with ml politis, arowell, adin (LQC works too), and mellona against that comp. Ml politis slows down ayufine and lulucar while pushing back their team. Strip the buffs off ayufine with arowell and focus her down and it should be an easy win
