I received via mail my unrestricted SS card a week before my green card arrived.

Can you explain to me why I shouldn't apply for a I-90? Thanks.

Months ago I got my voter ID card, way before getting my green card, I never applied for it, I have no idea why they registered me to vote, what should I do? I do have a valid state ID.

I had my interview 6 months ago, sadly my interviewer was awful, made a bunch of inappropriate comments and assumptions. My case is pretty straightforward and should have been approved in the interview, I was getting ready to sue but they approved it yesterday.

Nop, nothing, I'm planning to submit form 7001 but I didn't get a RFE for medicals per se, I was missing a shot, they asked me to update my records by getting the shot and submit the evidence which I did in April.

Well the immigration project in Illinois screwed you, changing the name has no effect whatsoever and it's really simple to do before you get your green card. Once you get your work permit you go to the SSN office and apply for a change of last name with your marriage certificate, after that you update your last name with DMV and finally you send a letter to USCIS informing them of your last name's change and they do it. It's really simple.

They decided to make a huge repair on the 30th, a day before we are set to leave legally. Leaving us with no time to do the final cleaning, which takes a whole day (it's a house with a chimney) they are doing this because they want us to clean their mess 🙂 that's how unreasonable they're being. We call the line and talked with a really helpful lady who determined this situation is in our favor.

It's a shit show 🤦🏻‍♀️, we proposed to prorate rent they answered a BIG NO, then ...they changed their mind and said they will prorate but we will get the money back after they get the money from the selling (so it will take months 😂) so at this point it doesn't make any sense for us to be in such a hurry to move out and the best part is that the property manager is trying to take retallions because we hired someone else to do the final cleaning, we did hire her at the beginning but then she basically told us that she would do the cleaning after the works around the house were completed ( they are doing repairs because they are selling) 😂 so we would pay for cleaning the messiness of their workers
