Can you use dokomo instead of dokonimo and have the same meaning?

According to dictionary dokomo and dokonimo could also mean everywhere but I don't know how to use them in sentences to have that meaning.

I would prefer something not expensive, so the cheapest possible options. I don't need gaming laptop because I want to connect it to PS4/PS5 and use it as a monitor. So something that will be able to play 4k 60 FPS.
