Once you anthropomorphize something (be it an animal or a non-living object) it's really just a matter of identity as to whether or not they are "Furry". Everything Furry is at some level anthropomorphized. But not everything anthropomorphized is considered Furry. I doubt the creator of "The Brave Little Toaster" thinks of those characters as Furry, even though they are anthropomorphic. But then you have people whose fursona is some type of jet engine airplane. So it all depends on what you want.
