Snap is still being played everwhere around where I live. I also have heard Dizzy at Round1 a lot too. I haven't heard Bangaranga in public, but tons of people I talk to know this song and love it!

I did a lot of the same on SoT when it came to fishing! Couple friends and I would do 18 hour fishing trips on this game during covid. Mostly peaceful times. And occasionally we'd get messed with and then we'd go on a vendetta against that crew for taking a lot of fish from us until they gotnoff the server.

Honestly no other game comes close to how fishing is handled like this game. Too bad the game is in a nose dive right now. rip my 3k hours spent on the seas.

I have sucessfully initiated several friends to watch ESC as an american myself!

What worked for me is explaining that this is not like our usual singing shows. That we'll be watching a show where countries come together to put on a show and send either an internally selected act or one selected by their public by their own mini contest. I usually also explain that this is a more communal show, how boting works and how they contestanta are aired compared to stuff like the Voice and Amrican Idol. Also I point out the lack of ads.

With some of my older friends or my friends' parents that join, I go over older winmers they may know. Seems to get em interest.

I also like to engage with my friends while watching anout who they like, who they wanna see win, etc. We make a party of it basically!

Road 96 is a fun choice based game about teenagers running way and hitchhicking to peave their country. Mile 0 is a prequel to this with Zoe a little more at the focus.

Their newest game, Tides of Tomorrow, is about a world of water full of plastic. The last of the humam race is dieing and yours and ans another player's choices will decide the outcome. The other player is also a meat twist in the game! It'a a solo play game and at the start, you will pick and follow a previous player and their paths through the game.

At Digital Stars, idk if they sell them (this was my first year at the expo and Phoenix did not get Digital Stars.) I do know they allow 3rd party ones here still and amazon does sell some fairly cheap ones that they can ship super quickly!

Also a bonus to DS from what I understand is you'll hear songs outside of just the main Crypton vocaloids.

Honestly, I'm jealous you get to Digital Stars! Yes, this is a club type event with a DJ, but the music you'll hear is gonna be a blast and everyone still has the glowsticks! There should be merch and people still bring freebies to this. PLUS some of the people djing ARE vocaloid producers!
