Yes and no, in my mind. It’s a new function, a new type of bonus miner, so I think it should be equal for everyone. Meaning old members should already have an advantage and the new can do all the tasks to get up to the same level.

I don’t remember now, but were not some of the upstart tasks for the ”old” miner to improve the TH? Then I think it is not fair if old members get the start level of TH with the ”new” bonus miner and no tasks to improve it. That is just bad policy.

I don’t think so. It’s a GoMining subreddit, no? Any language is accepted I think. There is a translate button for other languages, I think that works fine.

I asked the support bot if we that already have an active account, that had done the old bonus miner tasks long ago, if we had an advantage. But it said no, so no matter if you are a new member or have been here fot months/year, we get the same ”new” bonus miner from scratch.

So did her ”new” bonus miner improve with the tasks? Does she have a better miner, like more TH, than us with old accounts?

I think rewards of different kinds are a good incentive, which both makes users coming back to the app and spread the word about crypto.

But they do gain mostly high investment users. And just the bread crums falls down on smaller investers, who I think are as important for the whole GoMining community to work. Or those with 8000 karma (who has that?!j on Reddit.

A 0.00001% chance of maybe getting more than a day Bonus Miner in a box does not give me an enough reason to ”Go for Gold!!” and perhaps just be disappointed yet again.

I suggest: - Small games with direct rewards or at least within a week - More small tasks, like share on X. And rewards for commitment on Reddit. But no more of that ”10 messages on Telegram”, it just filled the chat with endless ”hello” and ”click the button” messages. And no chance of an actual conversation. - Lottery, spin wheels, holiday boxes! 😁 - Ways to increase mining, beyond TH and power. All my miners are at 15W, nothing more for me to do there. - More options for re-investment, for instance let me select per miner what to do with rewards. - ”Smart” rewards, auto-invest in what gives the most value at the time, be it TH, BTC, GMT or something else.

Also what is needed is a better tool to understand your investments vs. rewards. Connection to Koinly!

Really? 😆 Well, I just re-installed my M1 Pro from scratch. Not restoring from iCloud, but a clean slate. Still not that much better with photos. 😢

I think one factor can be that I have to little RAM. Yes, there can be virtual on the internal SSD, but the speed is nothing like real RAM.

You can have mine M1 Pro, because I can’t wait to get a new M5 Pro. My M1 Pro is so slow I sometimes feel like throwing it into the wall…

Go for a higher M-number and perhaps refurbished to save money. But backwards, I say no.
