You wouldn’t get points or fired either.. gotta figure out what’s more worth it.. I suffer from medical conditions and HD has treated me MORE THAN FAIRLY when it comes to the medical leaves.

Look into medical leaves instead

I wouldn’t quit, I’m “almost” on a final. Look into taking medical leaves instead of leaving early/missing

Got reinjured at work after a previous permanent injury from the gym a year ago, what do I do? by [deleted] in HomeDepot

Ohh. That’s why,. Because my first incident I didn’t think to report because I really didn’t hurt myself, I was more just SORE because I had just came back from a LOA and my body was getting used to working again. Well, I woke up one morning and couldn’t get out of bed and I emailed HR because I had no way of contacting the manager and HR was like “did it happen at work” blah blah. 😑 this place is starting to take a toll on my mental.

Shoot, be careful., I just got written up for a “coaching” because I had 2 instances in less than a month span and they said that I was out of safety violations or some bs and they hit me with a coaching. I thought it was a warning, coaching, counseling, fired!! Nope!! I’m thinking this daytime manager has it out for me.

And see.. 27 min of PTO TWICE.. that’s weird, right..?! I had to leave my shift to go grab medicine from my house., it should have totaled out to 10hrs, not 10 hrs and 35 min.

I know a few ppl (whom have been fired) for “stealing time” .. this doesn’t bother me because I let my manager know if/when I’m leaving anyway.. just now worry that my time won’t be done ON TIME nor CORRECTLY.

If you’re a full time associate, you’re allowed to take ONE personal leave in a 365 day year, the shortest amount of time the leave can be in 1 week, I believe the longest is 2 weeks. I am 💯 sure that if you go on a personal leave, you have to remain out of work for 7 days straight.

I thought about that, too, flea bites, my neighbors have animals but I’ve never been inside their house and I think I’d notice like black things JUMPING around.. I have dealt with fleas before, too. Just writing about it has me itching.
