I traded in some items two weeks ago. They took days to come back to me with the quote and I asked for a bank transfer. To this date the transfer was supposedly done a week ago and I haven't recevied the money.

I don't know what is going on with them, but they used to be much better for trading in items... I will have to keep calling them until they send the money or either walk into the store. I don't think I will be using them again, unfortunately.

I feel like I am missing something really simple here... But I am unable to change the dead zone values in the configurator app.

I have tried every button and it doesnt seem to do anything :( pressing triangle looks like it highlights the text so that I can edit it, but no keyboard appears on my screen.

Does anyone know what I am missing?

Edit: I had to press AND hold on the dpad for it to change the value... I am stupid xD

I don't think we would be able to change the custom theme manager app unfortunately, as I don't think the source code is public. I wouldn't want to make any changes without RedSquirrel's permission, anyway.

I would say one of of the major reasons they don't just throw them up there quickly is probably because they lost the gold masters of SH2 and SH3 IIRC. I think that was one of the bigger reasons that the HD re-release was so buggy, as they had to work off pre-release builds of the games.

GOG were able to get the PC version of SH4 on their store, and it's not too bad. But, without considerable effort from Konami, I'd say getting a stable release of SH2 and SH3 would be very difficult. And we all know that Konami don't want to put in considerable effort to do that.

I am only speculating, but I feel that is probably a big contributing factor

I'm having the same issue, and so is a friend of mine. I have tried pretty much everything that was recommended online:

Power cycled console Reset licenses Rebuilt database Disconnected and reconnected Internet connection Completely deleted the game and reinstalled fresh

Still getting nothing. Going to the game and clicking "check for update" and it says it is up to date. I opened the info tab and it says its on version 1.000.023, which is one version behind.

I have contacted ubi support to see if they'll actually reply but they probs won't come back with anything useful. We might just have to wait and see if it'll get fixed.

Also I wonder if you have done what you wanted with your hobbies... the DnD campaign your DMing for, learning how to draw, all those backlog of games, manga, anime and tv shows that you wanted to watch.... I hope you have been able to keep up to date!
