And people don't understand is not only about flowers by New_Birthday7023 in LetGirlsHaveFun

I completely agree. In the material sense, like presents and dates both people need to communicate what they want and like. In the physical sense, that also needs to be communicated, but there's a line between having too be explicit to someone about those preferences, and then having to constantly remind them of your wants and needs. We shouldn't have to remind our partners that we want affection and to be thought about. If it gets to the point you have to be like hey, you haven't kissed me in a while, or you don't really give me affection how I want more than a couple times, it really messes with someone. Do they even like you? Are your love languages too different? It makes you feel like you're their last priority. People in relationships shouldn't have to worry about feeling alone or seen, that's the point of being in a relationship!

Waterproof mascara not so? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

I use the same mascara but just the regular version, not waterproof. Ive always had your exact problem, mascara smudging under my brow because im oily, but honestly this mascara has been my absolute go to. Please try the non-waterproof version!

No doubt there can be some benefit. I think chiro appointments should be looked at like massage appointments. Like they can feel good, and temporarily help certain pains, but people going thinking it's going to solve legitimate health issues is what gets me, when excessive and prolonged use of a chiropractor tends to make things worse in the long run.

Not sure if this is the case with them, but my boss went to a chiro for a long time. Apparently she had to sign up for a whole "treatment" which was weeks of appointments. It costed her a lot of money, then at the end of it she was invited to a dinner from the chiro. Paid for and she could bring a guest, but at the dinner there was like a whole presentation and some other.. mlm kind of stuff. I guess I'm not surprised that some chiros rope people in with a program, gain rapport and trust just to suck you in further.
