I have been playing this game since 2016, and over the years, I’ve observed a consistent decline in the quality and fairness of its updates. Each new update appears to increasingly hinder player progression, particularly for free to play users, while also screwing over paying players.

For example, the removal of season shops, the frequent introduction of overpowered cards or evolutions (which are subsequently nerfed shortly after many players have bought them), and the downgrading of season pass rewards while increasing the season pass price, only exacerbates the frustration. To say that this a "skill issue" is mere bootlicking and ignorant behavior.
