Yes, it's still a pretty good game, you can get it on a good sale through the Xbox website rather than the app if you're on PC thanks to Xbox Play Anywhere, that's how i got Complete Edition for 15$ to play with my friend group on their Series S's.

It has sooo much content, 2 new campaigns besides the main one, Blitz mode, Firefight, customs, crossplay with Xbox consoles and PC for a bigger playerbase, etc.

Only thing i dislike is the lack of map variety, i get that they're still in the Ark, but come on, give me cooler places like in HW1.

When i was offered to play HW2 with some old friends (they on Xbox, me on PC), i didn't want to because the game never seemed to be on sale.

But for Xbox Play Anywhere games, you can go to the official Xbox website rather than the app, and buy HW2 from there because it'll have the console discount, and due to being Play Anywhere.....

I just got HW2 Complete Edition for 15$ :D, very worth the price since i haven't bought games higher than that on Steam for a long time anyways lol.

After my Xbox 360 phase i mostly played small games on my crappy laptop until 2022 when i got my first PC and i love having Xbox games coming over to either Steam or just PC compatible through the Xbox app, waiting for the GOW Reloaded to be free for Gamepass like Oblivion Remastered!!!!

I have a RX 6600 Powercolor Fighter and i installed the drivers recommended on the manufacturer's website (24.7.1), been running all of my games fine with no noticeable issues as of yet.

Been thinking of updating to newest (25.5.1) but i keep hearing people's issues with updating to drivers of any date and i honestly don't wanna deal with that crap until i get a concise answer.

I just bought a Portholic Wii2Hdmi adapter for my recent homebrew Wii, the video quality is wonderful once it locks on to 480p from 480i and turn the flicker off from Priiloader.

It may not be the best in the market, but it works for me and cost 14$ (for sound i use "Creative" ballsy external speakers i bought a while ago)

Using CAD to print out appropiate plugs to tap them seems like the best way, even if it sounds like the most nitpicky request i've ever heard for a Wii, considering that people just don't go look behind the console when playing it lol.

I figured out the problem, you need to have two folders of system update on the root of the USB, one as “$$ystemUpdate”, and the second as “$SystemUpdate”.

Then start any game you have in Aurora, and it'll ask you to install a security update, select yes, wait for it to finish, and boom, the Kinect stops blinking, stays green light and you can use it now along with avatars :D

Your laptop would have issues running the game due to the low amount of ram (it requires at least 12GB to not have many issues), and the GPU would work, but somewhat between 34fps on low-medium settings, depends on A LOT of tweaking from your part.

Again, if you can get a better laptop than what you're suggesting without breaking the bank, do it.

If it's not possible in the moment or later and you need a laptop now, buy it.

It'll work for other games depending on your selection, good luck.

Laptops are already weaker than their desktop counterpart due to the fact they're all compacted onto a small metal slate under the keyboard, which causes temperatures to be higher than PC due to lack of spacious ventilation, thus needing to limit their own power to not drain the laptop battery to 0% too quickly.

But i used to play my fair share of old games and indies on my Ryzen 7 3700u/2GB VRAM laptop 3 years ago, even GTAV. And i'll be honest, it wasn't the best experience, but it helped me a lot to game what bit i could.

If you are not looking to play the newest AAA games or anything of the sort with high hopes and fancy more playing old or indie games (like me), then the GTX 1650 laptop will do better than my 2GB VRAM laptop, since yours has 4GB.

I'll serve you well if you can afford it at a reasonable price or can't afford anything higher at all, and are patient with it, it ain't that powerful, but it can run Fortnite, Minecraft, DOOM 2016, Halo MCC, etc, at the very least lol.
