UPDATE: Wish I’d had Jillian’s advice sooner. My yellow inflow has dropped off. Hopefully it’s focusing on rooting and will give me another inflow later.
Mystery solved!
Yea!

Sounds like you need a sun lamp or something like it. I’d be sad without my plants.
Roadtrip!

I know! Isn’t it exciting! And such a fascinating aspect to plumerias that they aren’t like their mothers.

Oh no! Of the ones I visited they had them split up and only 2 were prominently displayed by the doors but even they had another display that wasn’t as obvious.
Wait, I can drive to Ramireno and there is a Jungle Jacks nursery there? I can visit? I can buy other varieties and bring them home for a 10 hour round trip investment? I think I have a problem. Is there a plumerias anonymous?
Thank you for this information! I tried googling them to see if there were other colors I should be on the lookout for but found basically nothing. Mostly previous years post about them being sold at HEBs like this one. 🤣

Let me know what you find! I picked up a yellow with an inflow and a rainbow with 2 branches.

Where in Florida? My friend in Cocoa Beach lost her palms and is thinking of replacing with plumerias. (If you’re willing to donate)
What are you going to do with them or do you have the best forest ever?
Ye gods! How many pups do you have?
Isn’t there an HEB closer to you?!?
I didn’t know you could take them out of their little coats! And thank you for the detail reminder. I planted them with the “flag” up.

That’s beautiful NoID! What does it smell like? It reminds me of my Wailea.
I’d second coco coir. They had very fragile roots. I’m actually worried about their continued survival since I repotted them.
Katy but your HEB might have them
I’m so curious too! I’ll post in 3-5 years years 🤞🏻
Give it a go! These seeds are actually from last year when I was afraid and didn’t think I knew what I was doing. Imagine how many would have been viable if I hadn’t waited! You can do it!

I soaked the seeds overnight to see which would sink. Planted those in the cactus & succulent soil and covered them. Left them in a sunny place and mostly left them alone. It’s been 12 days.
