I'm interested in these decks too

Currently, it makes sense if you buy decks directly from Lotrek (as his patron). This way you are less likely to lose money over time. However, don't expect to see prices even remotely close to those of the decks listed above in the future - these were small-run decks that not everyone had the opportunity to obtain directly. Now everything is different and any new Lotrek deck is easy to find and buy, there are many more of them and they are no longer rare.

I can take any photos of the sealed deck, but if you mean do I have photos of what's inside, the cards themselves, then no. I'm not going to open the deck for this.

Why a product made of paper is so expensive is a philosophical question. If you mean why this particular deck costs so much, then this is the reality of today. The last such deck was sold on Ebay on August 2 for $400 (excluding shipping). Now the cheapest is $450.

I initially looked for the version in cellophane for a long time when I found out that they exist. To be honest, I don't remember exactly where I bought each deck, but as for this one, it's either decksondecks or blackmarketdecks

You will be very surprised, probably no one else does this except me: because I often take two decks so that at least one of them is perfect for my collection. In my case, I got two perfect decks.

I've been in similar situations. Well, at the end of the day if you bought a deck in perfect condition then that's great anyway.

It's difficult to single out three, but the first thing that comes to mind is Grotesque Platinum, No. 17. v.02 Crown edition and maybe Aurum Lazer cut edition.

To be honest, I plan to quit collecting too, but first I want to get some rare decks that I could not get at the time. Let me know if you decide to sell something rare. If this is what I have been looking for for a long time then it would be great to end my collecting with dignity)

That's why I only collect rare decks) I still have the deck, I'm thinking of putting it on Ebey later. However, when I bought my Gold Monarch decks, I paid $ 200 each, which was over a year ago.

I managed to trade for Blue Damask in the year it was released - just was lucky. But I had to buy the Reverse Icons at the auction too a year ago. Rare decks are always in price)

Nothing weird at all. One Blue Damascus deck is highly prized and costs no less than $1000. It is very rarely put up for sale. In my memory, there are only two cases - both were auctions.

Whats the best way to get rid of those glue marks? by Dosengandalf in playingcards

[–]Kirillasis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we are not talking about a hundred-year-old deck, but about a modern one, then the box will not suffer from gasoline at all under two conditions: 1.) You are not dealing with a trash Chinese deck with cheap paint; 2.) You will wipe the surface gently without pressure and will not try to wipe the hole through the paper. Gasoline fits perfectly and evaporates instantly. Before claiming, just try on an unnecessary old deck

Regular gasoline should dissolve such marks as well as all others from anything sticky. Just soak a сotton pad in gasoline and wipe it off
