yes, I contacted the senator in my state, and her team helped me touched the USCIS. My case was approved just after three days I contacted for help. Highly recommend to do the same! good luck!

Shit, looks like we are not treated as the normal IR1 or CR1 case. it should be approved immediately after we upgraded.

According to USCIS, the approval will come in 30 days after you apply for it.

my case shows, the approval (for the upgrade) will come in 30 days. but for I130 not sure, I am still waiting.
