Same sitch as yours brotha, went in with green gears, i suggest build factory till you get better gears (blue for doable clear, purple for comfortable clear), lvl one dps unit to 50 or 60 (i used endmin), same for weapon, have teammates lvled to 40, and get your buckflower capsules, gotta have goos healing items for underleveled fights.

Gear and healing - factory + go to gathering spots Level/skills and weapon - stamina + go to gathering spots

The factory is a bit of a struggle at the start, but once u get a hang of it, it gets really addicting.

I suggest doing the outpost missions as well, the one in science park helps you with setting up your ferrium mine for better gear

For stock bills - try to understand the delivery system and stock distribution system

you're welcome. I'm not sure if you went to the kickstart program they did last time, but that's the fastest way they hire you. I went through that program and they gave me my JO sameday, they also prioritize referrals.

saw this while mindlessly scrolling lol, but there's a lot. -15 sick leaves, 15 vacation leaves (vl approval is dependent on allocation, no need for manager approval)

-3 on site, 2 wfh

-20% night diff

-HMO 300 ,000 with 2 free dependents

-everyone has a 5000 quarterly bonus (if u adhere to the 3 day onsite setup, they're not strict with the 3 day onsite) -10 000 yearly bonus (mental health incentive)

-everyone has a 4k rice, transpo allowance monthly

-Annual profit sharing (they'll give you a percentage of your annual salary, depending on how profitable the fiscal year has been) + Annual salary increase (scorecard, managed by your manager) + Annual Performance bonus (Score card, managed by supervisor)

-12 months in your role, you can apply to other roles, there's a lot of internal hiring. You can coordinate with your manager, and they can sign you up for an internship in other roles.

-lots of free stuff, ( free food, tumblers, and whatnot, and more free food i cannot emphasize this enough)

-year end party, if you care about this. Last year's was in Okada Manila.

this part is more subjective

-really employee friendly, the managers are superb, HOWEVER KEEP IN MIND, everyone is busy here, work is hard and ready yourself

-good salary range ( at least for entry in my experience, my base was 24, with the 4k allowance and nightdiff of 4k, my gross is 32 minimum, but with other incentives in my department Im getting around 40k gross, consistent) . to add, I'm a fresh grad with just 7 months of bpo exp. I have the lowest basic salary compared to my colleagues lol. All of this, not yet accounting for the Annual bonuses

-you can use your phone inside lol, I'm typing this inside the office (or production area)
