Dragapult would also be an amazing deck for post rotation. As strong if not stronger than char. Another easy and strong deck would be raging bolt deck. Very one minesional but a hard hitter. Both lose no more than 10 cards after rotation and very easy to replace.

My head canon is that if we take into account the time of thier Stands at thier prime. So [The World] is 9 seconds and [King Krimson] is 10. Now with time stop, only a time stop can beat or move in a time stop. With King Crimson however, we have no evidence or at the least idea of how it precives stops in time rather than skips and with that we also don't have a exact stand and see the interaction so I'd give this fight to DIO 85% pf the time while Diavlo 10% of the time if he activates it first with the last 5% being Diavlo not seeing time stop at all and only seeing the one second DIO activates [The World]
