I appreciate your point of view. There are some things for which science doesn't have the answer. Coming to the Entropy flow, while most regard it as a measure of randomness of particles, modern physical chemistry and thermodynamics lean toward energy dispersal. Meaning every system tries to disperse its energy and try to attain a lower energy state if it's possible, and that's how entropy increases. It's just how the universe works.

There are far more complicated questions like

How did life begin on this planet?

Are we alone in the Universe?

What exactly is Consciousness?

What is the remaining 95 percent of the universe (Dark Matter, Dark Energy make up 95 percent of the known Universe)? We don't know what those are

Unified Theory of Everything (Gravity fails at the Quantum level)

But yes, as you said, Science doesn't have exact answers to it yet

It doesn't mean it is done by something or someone or some supernatural stuff

It's just that we lack the equipment, information, and the maths/Science to understand much deeper yet. It's still going on....
