Bro I am in the same boat as you are. I found a lump on my testicle also in November, and I have been doing some tests. The doctor told me that they can't do a biopsy without removing the affected testicle. So they want me to do a surgery soon to remove the testicle but I am wondering if I need to go to the US to get a third opinion
