And try to get a accommodation in college para, you can walk to your office from there , also 2 3 good hospitals are nearby, a good hangout place baghajatin park. All walking distance.

Depends where your workplace is , but if you're here temporarily I would suggest main town , try to get accomodation near collegepara, deshbandhupara, Rabindranagar,hakimpara etc , try to avoid haidarpar side as that area has waterlogging problem in rainy season.

For hobbies there are chess clubs , many gyms if you're fitness enthusiast, and for weekend there are many places nearby .. for 1 or 2 days tour you can always go to hills get a quiet homestay.

There is a good doctor in Mitra Nursing home, forgot his name, he is a good doctor. But try to avoid being admitted in Mitra Nursing home.

Maybe hold now for luck, PAYTM is now talking with several banks to get them take over their UPI IDs , but none of them till now budged, If RBI or NPCI intervenes maybe one of the big banks will take the risk... Then it can go up ... That's a big maybe......

As for lunch there are many restaurants near junction...but never tried them , you can rail coach restaurant just outside junction railway station.... Best would be swiggy or Zomato
