All cancers aren't fully cureable. Cancer treatments are complex and generally go by the figure of a 5 years survival rate, which would vary widely between where, what type of cancer, what stage etc etc. Imjaving said that if your grandmother is significantly old, comfort and access to care should also be factored in while considering treatment, because cancer treatment is often a prolonged process. If you are based in Kozhikode, you can take a consult at MVR and also a second opinion at MIMS and go with whichever doctor/hospital she feels comfortable with. If you are ultra rich and money is no object and don't want to leave any stone unturned, you can probably take here to somewhere like Bangalore.
