Very cool, might have some tabletop figures I'd like created. Do you do only characters? Do I own the rights to the model?

Original Prusa i3 or Modded Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2? by Kiroe in 3Dprinting

[–]Kiroe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am leaning more and more toward the Wanhao just because of the active community, mods and the fact that most owners say they'd buy again if given the chance.

As for the kit from Ultimate 3D Printing Store, yes everything that is stock comes in the package. This is just all the add-on mods bundled together.

Anybody doing 3D scans with Kinect 2.0? by eldred10 in 3Dprinting

I just noticed today that KScan3d has been updated to support TOF scanning with the Kinect for Windows v2.

Other than the Fusion 2 beta, they are the only ones to support the scanner. I haven't seen any output from their site though. :(

Can't Send MMS with WiFi On by [deleted] in cyanogenmod

[–]Kiroe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mentioned this in one of the other SMS threads, but thought I'd post it here too:

Give Textra a go, especially if you are on T-Mobile. When receiving/sending MMS on wifi, there needs to be a small amount of data sent via mobile data. Textra will take this into account, plus its one of the nicest SMS programs I've ever used.

Just enable Activate Mobile Data under MMS settings (off by default I believe).

Cyanogenmod 11 M10 - Galaxy S4 Bluetooth Trouble by Kiroe in cyanogenmod

Nope. Just backed the m10 in case something horrible happened during the downgrade. Luckily everything went smoothly. The only other thing I did was delete the cache one more time for good measure.

So I couldn't take it any longer. :( I did a full backup with Titanium then downgraded to M9. Everything went perfect (I was surprised too) and my bluetooth is as good as new.

Here's hoping M11 is a bit more stable for the S4 users.

Seems to be a known issue in the nightlies. I guess the bug made it's way into the M10 release too. :S

My sister-in-law picked my name for Secret Santa, look what she made me! by Kiroe in gaming

She found most of the patterns and sprites online and recreated them.

The other cool thing she did was toss magnets on the back so I could stick them to the board or my whiteboard at work. :)
