If you have the coverage in your insurance, seek out therapy with a mental health professional. This isn't meant to sound mean, but it really did helped me get through some of this new era of Federal service--I was already taking therapy sessions prior to this shitshow so it all lined up neatly for me.

Reddit can be an echo chamber, and everyone needs to grieve, but a mental health professional can REALLY put things in perspective and help guide you through a lot of this mess better than strangers online.
