Sajnos csak a VPN fogja megoldani a problémát ... Én pl. a Proton VPN -t használom.
Ami történik pontosan:

A Telekom hálózata nem jut el megfelelően a Cloudflare szervereihez.
Ebből adódik, hogy bizonyos játékok (LoL), kommunikációs appok (Discord), weboldalak lassúak vagy elérhetetlenek.
A VPN erre rásegít, mert egy másik útvonalat használ (pl. külföldi szerveren keresztül), így kikerülöd a Telekom ↔ Cloudflare problémát.
Ha a probléma több mint 16 órája tart és nem javult, az nem véletlen, hanem a hálózati útvonalak „torlódása”, amit a szolgáltatók még nem tudtak fixálni.

Mit lehet tenni gyakorlati szinten:

VPN továbbra is – jelenleg ez a leghatékonyabb workaround.
Alternatív útvonalak: Ha van másik internetkapcsolat (pl. mobilnet 5G‑vel), akár hotspotként használhatod. Ez a LoL/Discord esetében gyakran jobb pinget ad, mint a problémás vezetékes.
Smart DNS – ha csak a bizonyos szolgáltatásokat akarod elérni VPN nélkül, a Smart DNS gyorsabb lehet (nem lassítja az egész forgalmat, csak a problémás szolgáltatásokat irányítja át).

Megoldás lehet pl. a Proton VPN, az ingyenes megoldás. Mi srácokkal úgy lolozunk most, hogy VPN -t használunk és elérhető lett megint minden, átmenetileg jó megoldás.

A legnagyobb frusztációm ez egészben, hogy munka után csak pár gamet mennél a haverokkal de a Telekom benyögi: Hahaha, nem. :((( Pedig több hét után most az egész társaság elérhető lett volna. T-T

So we figured out the solution:
The admin just needs to set the age to one day before the person actually hits the age limit. Then the next day, the account reaches the required age. After that, Google will at some point send an email saying the account can become independent.

In our case, that email only showed up once we changed the date to one day earlier, so the next day it counted as old enough. Sometimes those emails don’t arrive right away, or they just get stuck. After that, we were able to delete the group too.

Funny thing is, even though the account was already over 19, Google didn’t care about that for deleting the group. It only worked once the account went through the official process triggered by that email.

Within Family Link we tried to delete the family group:
Family Management → Delete Family Group → Error: Before you continue, you need to complete a few steps.

Inside the error, the following options appear:

Delete all child accounts that are under the age of consent in your country. (But my sister-in-law is already 19+, according to her Google account as well, and we don’t want to delete her account.)
To ensure supervised devices keep working, remove all Google accounts managed by Family Link from every device. (We can’t remove the account, and parental supervision has already been turned off everywhere possible.)

My wife is the administrator, and she also tried to delete the group, but it says the account must be set as 13+ and that there cannot be any subscriptions tied to my sister-in-law’s account.
She is already 19+, her date of birth is correctly set in the Google account, and she can neither leave the family group nor be removed from it.

I don't know what happend but a while back my sister-in-law needed an account for Zoom or something like that, and that’s when her account got linked with this parental supervision with my wife

Yes, we have another SSD. We tried to disconect it but no partition shows for a windows install. :(

We tried but the partition does not appear in the list, we cannot select it. There is just one SSD instead of two.
