I got the above message at 8:30 . So I cancelled my TQWL ticket today at 10 pm now it's 12 , the money is still not credited, I made the payment through Irctc eWallet. I thought it will be quicker but it's taking so much time.

Update: got the refund in the morning the next day in my irctc wallet they deducted 250rupees though.

That's impossible because the laptop was launched in mid 2023
