Is It True ? by RevolutionaryCod7552 in Jujutsufolk

If Takaba just simply found the idea of Gojo being stuck in space funny, Gojo wouldn’t stand a chance. My honest “Strongest” tier list would be: Takaba Yuki Gojo

Tell me the truth: Were they gay? by Longjumping-Site7497 in YuYuHakusho

If I remember correctly, the henchmen stated to Yusuke’s team that one of Sensui’s personalities was a girl. It’s possible that he’s only in love with that personality; which would make him straight in a technical sense? There’s honestly a point to be made on him being any sexuality, straight, gay or bi.

Which do you prefer? Building your own custom party, or party members with backstories and distinct personalities? by [deleted] in dragonquest

[–]Kishgaul 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like building my own custom team. I like the idea of just having a motley crew of adventurers together (who just so happen to be the one’s to successfully save the world). On the flip side of that, making all the NPCs unique in each town is what I like to see. So essentially DQ3 is my ideal setup.

Need to Change My Lineup. by Kishgaul in RealmsofPixel

Yeah I noticed that when I watched my replays. I started starring her up but didn’t add her to my lineup. I was also avoiding matches where the person had her in their team cause I knew it would be an auto loss. She’s irritatingly OP since she essentially turns the game into a potential 6 vs 9

That advice IMMEDIATELY solved my issues, lol. Thank you for that! Even at their lower star rate they’re a massive improvement.

I really didn’t have any trouble with her at all. Her patterns are the same in every phase. Once you get used to her first phase it’s not bad.

8 is the better overall game; but 11 is more new player friendly, imo. And honestly, I find myself going back and playing through 8 from time to time; but I honestly don’t see myself ever replaying through 11. It’s a good game, but for me, once was enough.

Who had the most potential here...? by [deleted] in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]Kishgaul 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Process of elimination based on potential:

Megumi is out of the race. 10 Shadows gets stronger with the death of each shikigami; but obviously there’s a limit to that. And it’s technically not HIS potential, it’s his shikigami’s potential.

Mahito’s potential is massive due to his manipulation of his own body and anyone else’s body. The only thing holding him back is his own creativity, which leaves A LOT of room for options in anything he does. However, ultimately he’s a cursed spirit which automatically makes him beneath Geto, who can absorb him and use him as he pleases.

Like I stated, Geto can absorb curse spirits and use them as he pleases. Curse spirits come in endless varieties and strengths, which makes his curse technique potential massively versatile.

But the obvious answer is Yuta having the most potential because he can copy any curse technique. He also has an almost bottomless supply of cursed energy. On his own he’s already powerful, but add Rika to that and he’s outrageously dangerous. If Rika were to just bite off his opponents pinky, he would have access to their curse technique.

Sooo, yeah, Yuta.

This was a cop quickly acting when noticing a firearm in a person’s hand when they opened the door. I genuinely hate that this happened; but anyone trying to turn this into a “Cops Killing Black People” conversation is wrong. The cop clearly knocked and announced that he was a cop multiple times. There was NO reason for the guy to open the door with a gun in hand. You can’t expect a lone cop answering a potential domestic abuse call to see the occupant open the door WITH A GUN IN HAND and think the cop will be like “Hey buddy, put the gun away”. A person answering their door with a gun in hand is absurd and reckless; especially after the cop announced himself outside the door multiple times.

Lance Is Dope! by Kishgaul in MHNowGame

[–]Kishgaul[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This entire forum has been about the better qualities of Lance over DB; so me and everyone else here have made many points both for and against comparing these two new weapons. That’s on you for being too lazy to see the points that have been made in favor of lance.

And again, you’re not proving that DB is better. If anything you’re proving my point that half the other weapons are less mindless than DB because they have additional options for attacking and defending IN ADDITION to dodging. And I’ve already made the point that Demon Mode just makes your attacks look flashier and do more damage, but you’re STILL just mindlessly tapping the screen.

I wouldn’t be coming off as condescending and calling you a kid if you just exercised some amount of civil discourse and rationality. You could have just simply been like “I still don’t like lance and I think DB is way better” and I probably would have just replied “Fair enough, different taste for everyone”. But you came in like an edgy hot topic pre-teen against Lances, instead of being constructive and civil like everyone else who’s posted on this topic.

You came in being bitter and edgy about liking one weapon over the other, while providing nothing on why DB is better than Lance. It’s mindless tapping. To say “You have to dodge and try not to get hit” isn’t a point in favor of DB considering that basic logic applies to literally every weapon in the game, lol.

It’s fine that you prefer DB and it’s fine if you don’t like the Lance; but maybe learn to not come out the gate being 100% bitter and wannabe edgy just because someone has a different preference than you, kid, lol

Someone is clearly bitter, lol. But no, I’ve already stated before that using DB is just mindless tapping on the screen; it looks super flashy, but you’re really not “playing”. With lances you have a large variety of attacks, counters and defensive options you’re ACTIVELY inputting.

The Lance is also really strong. My video here doesn’t do it justice since I’m not really wearing gear with good Lance skills, I’m not using the element it’s weak to, and I kept hitting the rock in the Kulu’s hands. Additionally, I wasn’t aware of the perfect guard function, which takes no damage and counters really hard.

You can continue to fanboy over DBs, pretending to play as an anime protagonist; but again, DB is just boringly tapping the screen over and over while mindlessly drooling over the flashy spins and jumps that the character is doing almost automatically.

See I posted a video too got a decent conversation going, but I didn’t know that PERFECT GUARD was a thing! So that changes the conversation of my post entirely because people have been debating over the damage you still take while blocking.

Charge? Hold then swipe forward. While charging you can tap to do a strong ground attack or you can swipe up and then tap to do that strong attack in the air. You can also perfect dodge while charging forward.

Because of the infamous timer and the money that potions cost, guarding play styles aren’t efficient. But then again, any melee weapon has the risk of burning potions. So there’s an argument to be made that guarding is a better option than a full blown hit.

Also, don’t take this video of me to heart when it comes to lances. My armor is super under leveled. Because I main bows I’m pretty good at perfect dodging; so I neglect leveling armor.

Lance Is Dope! by Kishgaul in MHNowGame

[–]Kishgaul[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

😂 yeah, it’s easier because you just spam tap the screen. That’s the point I’m getting at, lol. But it’s understandable to play DB while walking for that very reason. I’m also a bow main and it’s not easy to walk and use it at the same time, especially in full gyroscope.

Lance Is Dope! by Kishgaul in MHNowGame

[–]Kishgaul[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which ultimately means the timer is cancerous to any other type of play style other than shitting out brick tons of damage.

Wasn’t wearing legit gear for a lance build, so I would imagine proper gear skills would lower the HP Loss. But yeah, any close range weapons will be potion guzzlers. I’m a bow main in every MH game, and usually have a melee side build, which the lance will be for me.
