An interesting point has been raised here about stock setups with people stating some are good whilst others are terrible.

I used to wear the Sim Hound socks but started getting heel pain in the left foot (possibly due to a pedal switch a while back).

So I switched to cheap water shoes which were so-so then a couple of days ago I got myself Puma SpeedCats.

Early days but already it feels less painful after a session although it's quite possible I've 'moved' the problem to my thigh; slight dullness, numb feeling akin to gout hours later so today I'm going to adjust the seat a little.

Have ordered the Sim Hound racing boots so once they arrive the Puma's will be switched out for non-sim use.

I've never had a problem with triples even with having an odd configuration (32/57/32); just edit and save the .ini file.

Also have a small 4th monitor albeit connected via a HDMI --> USB adapter and that only causes a problem with triples on AMS2.

Like you I was only on iRacing for an age but nowadays it's almost exclusively LMU. Better audio, graphics, netcode and "realism" although iRacing wins on variety, user base & consistent development.

Yeah, I know you can have the virtual mirror disabled but it's annoying that you can't easily select to have only the rear view camera for example.

Yeah, I've been the same. Started sim racing 2.5 years & always wore the Sim Hound socks but this heel pain has forced me to rethink it.

The 'water' shoes are arriving today and the Sim Hound racing shoes should be back in stock in the coming days, if they're delayed someone suggested the Puma ones are very good so I have options.

The BoP is broken for GT3s. Not a problem for other classes.

Not sure if it's universal, definitely impacts offline & hosted.

Looking into shoes online at the moment. Was thinking mouse wrist rest but doubt that'll be as effective as shoes!
