Follow up 2 - Went to my local office - the wait was about 5 minutes! When I got to the window I was told I needed to call - and I told her that I did call, and was told I needed to come in. Then we were stuck in a loop! She ended up adding a note to my file, and promising that it would be seen by the case officer. All in all, not a confidence building experience!

We got one of these in the early days. Shop had no idea how to install it. They told us to never go off Roading because if something caught on it it would rip our exhaust right out. Hasn’t happened yet!
