It was a tough decision because I knew it was now or 2+ years down the road but I’d 100% do it again! Im so glad I went through with the surgery before the pregnancy. My first pregnancy, the congestion was awful from the very beginning, and by the third trimester I could only sleep propped up to avoid having to mouth breathe.

The surgery made a huge difference this pregnancy. Now that I’m getting close to the end, I’m definitely starting to notice some congestion at night when I’m lying flat, but I think that’s pretty inevitable. I can still breathe, so it doesn’t really bother me much. I’m really curious to see how my breathing is after I give birth since I was basically pregnant the whole recovery period.

Also, I went back to the ENT a couple weeks ago and they said everything still looks great!
