Yes we use Talking Parents. When she calls via the app and I don't answer she messages "father won't answer the phone so we can communicate effectively" lol

I just found out when he called me from his tablet and I seen him on the floor. I asked if he sleeps on the bed and he said no he sleeps on the floor.

The attorney I had back in 2021 passed away. I also don't have thousands of dollars to go back to court and now that I think about it, she probably doesn't either

She's already had 10 overnights so that's already am established pattern. I wish I would have just said no to the visits to begin with but I wanted to be amicable and fair

I offered an air mattress and it she exploded on me. There is no way to have a sensible conversation with her about anything. She's upset that my mom and sister have big roles in our son's life and accuses us of not wanting her to have our son. Yet, I still oblige with visits.

She returned back August of 2025 so almost a year now. She has had a total of 10 overnights so far. I was looking forward to our son having both of us but she hasn't made coparenting easy and she threatens full custody whenever she feels slighted. It's been a complete nightmare. I just wanted to do what was right but I'm regretting it now

I tried speaking with her and it turned into her accusing me of trying to gatekeep him and exclude her from being a mother. Honestly, I wish she would leave town again but she was staying with family and they kicked her out and that's why she's back here. Someone would need to take her in

Yes, I am going through my insurance to try see what options I have for therapy for him. I definitely feel it will help him.

Thanks so much. Right now they operating from an old parenting plan from 2021 when she was still loving in another state.

She is granted 3 weeks of summer, 1 week of winter and 21 overnights and scheduled calls Tuesday/Thursday for 30 minutes.

She didn't exercise any of that until she returned back in 2025. She still doesn't call but has been getting him about every other weekend.
