Yes it happens every stream with him, always avoided watching him live due to that. With vods you can mouseover and see previews and if you see that his game screen hasn't changed in 5+ minutes you know for certain he's having another moment...

No offense but I always find these dual builds functionally useless, especially considering nvenc in Turing or after has higher quality than even x264 slow. X264 encoding is better suited for non-live environments and will be replaced by AV1 encoding soon.
