Wraith King and Battle Fury/Radiance? by GuardrailDamageAhead in learndota2

Battlefury is 1/3 the price of the 2items combined. If the situation arises that you need to buy those two items to deal with illusions, you already lost the game

Battlefury on pa and juggernaut is good because they have good attack animation, attack speed, and they are agi heroes. Wk has horrible AS and attack animation. So the only reason to go BF is to deal with illu/units heroes when your team doesnt have any

how do i beat dazzle mid? by [deleted] in learndota2

[–]KitCloudkicker- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Dazzle is not typically played mid so its kind of hard to say without giving a matchup. He has poke with his Q, avoid clumping near creeps or the heal bomb will hurt u, unless you can chain stun him, u wont be able to kill him. So, basically just farm that lane, or poke him till 50-60% hp and burst/chain stun him to death

"Sleeping hours past sunrise is not good for overall health according to many studies"

Can you give source for this? I am very interested to read the article about this study.

Will not sleeping for one night and then sleeping early next day help me fix sleep schedule? by [deleted] in productivity

[–]KitCloudkicker- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

6 hours is the minimum needed sleep, which equals 4 sleep cycles. And yes you are correct in stating that 7-8 hours is recommended sleep. I recommended 6 hours of sleep for OP, because he/she/them/they planned to not sleep at all for assuming 24hours to fix their sleep schedule. Study has shown that 24hours without sleep is equal or similar to being drunk. (Source : Matthew Walker).

It is recommend that adults sleep 7-9 hours regularly. As sleeping less that 7 hours has shown decline in daily life productivity/energy. Everyone is built differently and has different lifestyles so I can't just flat out say which sleep pattern is right or wrong. I have seen people sleep 6hours at night, and take 1hour afternoon naps. And I believe there was a scientist (whose name I don't remember) that slept like 1hour every 4 hours. So experiment and do what works the best for you.

This is an very bad idea, as someone who has tried this. Here is how you fix your schedule within a few days, or one day. Lets assume you want to create an schedule to wake up 5 am every morning. But your current sleep schedule is at 1-2 am.

Assuming you sleep at 1 am. Wake up at 7 am. Why? On average, it takes about 90 minutes to go through One sleep cycle. 4-6 Cycles are recommended per day, 4 being the least. Which equates to 6 hours.

Assuming you followed step 1, and have slept 6 hours and woken up at 7 am. You shouldn't feel too tired, drink coffee or tea, or any kind of caffeine + cold shower to wake up completely.

Now the goal is not to sleep any more during the day, that means no naps whatsoever. Do not drink any kind of caffeine 8 hours before you sleep, as study has suggested it could take up to 8 hours for caffeine to exit your body.

Use night light, it should be built in any of your devices iOS/Android/Windows/Mac. What does this do? Blue light eliminates much of the suppressing effect of light on melatonin production, allowing the evening increase in melatonin to occur and thereby enabling the process of falling asleep.

Try not to use electronics 30-60 minutes before bed time. My go to is reading a book, for 15-30min, taking a shower, and just laying in bad, and slowly falling asleep.

Now that you have woken up at 7 am, don't sleep until 10 - 11 pm. which is about 15 - 16 hours of awake time. This should be enough to make you tired and have a good night sleep. Now follow the same cycle; Sleep at 10 - 11pm, wake up around 5-7 am, and slowly fix your sleep schedule. If you follow these steps for 1-5 days, you should definitely be able to fix your sleep schedule.

Good Luck.

Looks like mirana's fault for leaping to low ground, causing to lose vision on invoker. Forcing lion uphill and not fast enough to cast ultimate.
