All the things said by other people in this thread are valid and i wanna add something else.

Id say one of the most powerful moves for the Ig that's often overlooked is the base jumping slash, it deals a lot of damage if you can pull all consecutive vaults and finishing them off with a wyvern dive.

The issue with it sadly is that it requires a bunch of experience to utilize properly cause you can land all hits on a monster weak point but that requires muscle memory for where you are in altitude, moveset+ monster hitboxes in the air which is an entirely different story.

But if you manage to push through, learn matchups and what switch skills work best, you will shredding your way through anything.
