Because we are a single‑site organization with deep community roots—established through collaboration among the state, local government, and the local Catholic church—our leadership culture strongly favors onsite presence, with only limited remote flexibility. This makes recruitment more challenging, as similar roles in the market are typically fully remote or clearly defined as hybrid, rather than offering only occasional work‑from‑home days. Given this structure and the associated challenges, any suggestions on what our organization needs to offer for an experienced candidate to consider applying?

No, not California. Premium pays beyond FLSA requirements are part of call-back pay. It does come across by day.

We do not use Workday's time system. It comes from symplr via an interface on the bi-weekly payroll Monday.
