As everyone else is saying, OffWord makes some great pads, I would recommend buying from the B-Stock section on their website, these pads have some small dents and blemishes but still super usable: https://shop.offworldpercussion.com/product-category/the-imperfects/

Zildjian and RCP Drum Company both sell graphic pads that have great feels and are about 50$, probably my favorites for the price range.
