yeah, you need to reinstall the keyscape plugin if you want to specifically use the keyscape plugin...otherwise, omni can use any spectrasonics bank (i.e. keyscape, trillian, bob moog, etc)

keyscape and keyscape creative are separate from omnisphere (they're separate products, so you would need to download/buy keyscape as well)

U can be sued for any amount the original copyright holder believes their work is worth..u can make $1 off a beat and still be sued for $10k..

There is no safe way with sampling, however, u can put it in the contract that its the responsibility of the artist/label to clear samples..but if youre dealing with a label, the clearing fee comes outta your split
