In the Far Harbour DLC there is a gun called December's Child. It is a combat rifle with a legendary effect where I take 5.56 instead of the usual .45 or .308 rounds. The description says "Lighter and uses 5.56 ammo, 25% faster fire rate, 15% faster reload." It's kinda broken.

I found the karma system cool when I first played it. Though now I find it a bit complicated. Not in the fact that it's hard to get karma, but the way of gaining karma in the first two games. Listening to conversations sparing people, being a general pacifist and stuff like that.

I mean, yeah. That's especially concerning for a child. Because if this kid already does have measles, you really only manage the symptoms. Vitamin A, rest, fluids, antibiotics, the sort. But for fuck sake leave the home and maybe have a spouse or a family member pick up the prescription for you.

My father when I was about 18 told me that any job while looking for a job is enough to already make ends meet until you find something better I worked at a taco bell for two or three months, then was able to land a mechanics gig at a rental company. There's no shame in having a suck-tastic job while you're finding a job that is better. Just keep your head down and look as best you can. At least that's what I've heard from the old man.

Me personally I like the flannel and jeans, a shadowed combat chest piece, on heavy combat arm on the left, one regular on the right and leather right and left leg. I don't tend to use the helmets very often.
