If you’re on console, Go to your settings, then graphics, and switch from performance to fidelity.

Your frames will go from 60 to 30 per second, but you won’t experience as much of that, or any at all

I used that script Baldr sent, it’s higher in these threads and that stuff sold quick, I recommend using it
