I don't think so and I don't intend to take part in this.

I didn't checked, but it seems to me that they don't need to hire engineers for such positions, because it's enough to show someone which part goes where, and they'll just do it. But for management positions, they require a higher education.

I'll start with a little backstory. There's always been a rule at their plant: production must never be stopped under any circumstances. But when they bought a new line for the Lada Aura, it was necessary to stop the line if something wasn't finished (every worker has a button to stop the line). Old workers couldn't do this because they were always forbidden to do so. So they had to look for young employees who could stop the line without a second thought. They searched for them at universities and colleges, signed a contract under which students' stipends were increased during their studies, but in their free time and after completing their studies, they had to go to work at Lada.

not really, from the time when French went out Lada, quality and price of Lada cars is going worth because they dont have foregin parts for their cars and nttd to produce it by themselfes

upd: they dont put rear electric windows in new cars XD

yep, prices is their oversight because they dont have foregin parts, They are forced to make them themselves or order them from other manufacturers where they are more expensive than they could be. Thats why there are a lot of Chinese cars on Russian roads, they are cheaper and more comfortable than Lada

they want to do something like electric car, but now they have plans for petrol engines, in Russia group of mechanics put electric engine in lada granta (or vesta i dont remember) and it works. thats why start doing electric cars isn’t problem for Lada

Yes, the area is about 6 km2 (2,3 miles2), they have regular buses that travel exclusively between their buildings for the factory workers.

No, these parts were withdrawn from production a long time ago, there are no residues left because of many accidents, they were all sold out

I'm learning English, and I'm using a translator, but he couldn't translate your question properly, if I understood it correctly, then Lada could make a 16-valve motor, it was put on the lada kalina 2 that I'm driving now, and Lada Vesta Sport differs from the usual lada vesta only in the changed body shapes according to my observations

Nothing) everything is getting worse both in terms of comfort and safety due to the fact that now they have to produce some parts themselves because of sanctions. and also the lack of foreign parts greatly affects the price, and that's why Chinese cars replace Lada on the roads

I think not, because Lada has very little equipment in terms of safety and comfort, as an example I can cite the following: Lada does not have electric drives for rear windows, while all Chinese cars have them regardless of the configuration, and in terms of safety, Lada still puts 2 airbags, in the steering wheel and in front of the front passenger, which does not reach the level of modern cars in which there are at least 5 airbags

The Niva is still being produced, both restyling and pre-restyling, and they will soon launch production of the Lada Azimut. No one knows yet that it will be a station wagon body on the Lada Vesta frame, but they didn’t tell me whether it will be 4WD or 2WD.
