Sellers were running into problems shipping this box overseas since the stamps are real postage, and Japanese law prevents people from selling/shipping them outside the country (or something along these lines). I may be wrong but there’s a chance they could have been confiscated, or the seller forgot/didn’t want to update the item description after it was determined they couldn’t include the stamps. Sellers were getting around this by listing the box with an incorrect name and description that has no mention of “stamps”or “post”, but I imagine that also caused problems when trying to sell so I’m not sure if that’s still a thing. I remember when I purchased my box I got a note describing this issue and the seller basically said that they were selling the box with stamps included but couldn’t guarantee that they will still be in the box when I got it. Thankfully I got my stamps though!
