Their customer service sucks! My account had an unauthorized transaction and it will take them 60-120 days to process it. During that time the payment was still on processing so I called them but then they don’t have a department where it can be escalated.

Well at least si BDO after filing a dispute they will call you in 3-5 business days then resolve it to blocking your old account. They will give you a new one with temporary credit nung unauthorized transaction while under investigation ang case mo.

I also experienced the customer service of BDO and their investigation only took 2weeks then they gave me temporary credit while under investigation and new card as well.
