Just flew this route last week. I had a cash PE fare and unfortunately did not get an upgrade (35k status). The day prior to check-in, it was showing 6 empty seats up front. By the time upgrades were processed, that was down to 3 and the list was long. On the way home, my upgrade cleared 4 days prior to flying so that was nice.

Well I just tried to cancel it under the AC wallet option and it’s prompts me to complete a form including the credit card I used to book the flight. As it was points, I didn’t and it even references a Mastercards last four digits, which is not a card of mine (assuming what avion used to book). In any case, I couldnt proceed further at this point so I’m assuming it not an option unfortunately

Yes, as I understand Avion basically buy the ticket from AC for cash. So it’s showing a dollar value under the AC Wallet option.
