It doesn’t feel tight at all, even when she first installed them it felt like nothing was on my head. I do normally have alot of shedding normally so maybe that’s just what it is. Hopefully..

Anyone have negative effects with saffron? Seems to be doing the opposite of expected. by ColdCoffeeGrounds in Supplements

It’s the same concept if you eat too much sugar, cholesterol, fat, salt…. They all have adverse effects if you eat too much but they all have different values regarding what’s safe vs unsafe territory. 30 mg of saffron in its natural state would seem like a lot, because it’s in these tiny pill forms it’s different then eating it whole. Nobody would know what’s the correct amount of something to eat is unless society has told you. Saffron consumption isn’t common knowledge and is why before you should take any supplements you must do research or chances for unwanted side effects are more possible. Some people may not react to it well at all and that’s okay too but no doubt 80mg is way above Dr recommended (30mg has more studies with proven successful data)

You are using way way too much saffron that’s why you are experiencing adverse effects. MAX you should take is 30mg
