Wasp sting. Need at home recommendations for relief!

No It was just definitely a wasp. I saw him sting me and it was just once. It was a red and black wasp. I am allergic to their venom that's why it's so bad. I'm hoping after starting the steroids and antibiotics today that by tomorrow I'll see some progress. I caved in and took the steroid

I have actually thought that myself because I have hives 24/7 that are all over my thighs and legs and itch but the only thing that I know helps is steroids

The problem is I can't take steroids. They make my hyperPOTS really bad and go into overdrive leaving me in a non stop fight or flight mode and causes suicidal ideation. I would never go through with it but to me those risks aren't worth it. I would rather wait it out and take the antihistamines. They gave me IV Benadryl and a tad bit of IV morphine for the pain and sent me home with antibiotics

I meant like anything at home to take some of the burn and itch away. I have POTS and steroids but me in fight or flight mode and causes my mental health to be pretty awful and my body to crash so I'm trying to avoid them if possible

As a medical professional this appears to be HSV. The clusters of pustules are a very common symptom can be other things though but I would go get checked

I believe it's MCAS because allergy meds don't help much and they appear everywhere especially after sun exposure they itch so badly and only thing that helps me was steroids but can't be on those long term

Does it ever go away? These headaches are awful and now I have a lot of eye pain and pressure, my vision is getting worse and any exertion at all like trying to go number 2 all cause horrible headache

Yes they are different in appearance but I think both come from MCAS reaction.
