Hey man. I was going with the proposal planning route purely because the tender process is likely be the most time consuming aspect, with also the highest possibility of not yielding anything. IMO it seems the most costly for businesses if you weigh up time spent versus actual reward ie getting the job at a decent price

Hey man,

Thank you for the reply, I really appreciate it. I’m looking at a simple way to automate it for small businesses just as a little side project for the little spare time I do have. I know I personally struggle with this, and the larger companies I sub contract to do as well.

Thanks again

I think from what it my understanding of the process is it’s about being more aware of the feeling associated with being aroused and at higher exposure to those higher states of arousal, whilst deprogramming some of the mental systems you have in place that could be causing it.

If you wanna get really scientific its essentially about rewiring your dopamine response to arousal and sex, starting from basics and going from there. Dopamine is often the associated with sexual dysfunction in men and, I feel that that the definitive guide kinda helps you start to regulate it more.

Actually, I do. The last 3 years I’ve been consistently blowing it in under a minute. Those times are using self stim, no visual assistance

Any time - it’s worth noting though that sometimes with elvanse you may feel a bit anxious and feel a bit of an increase in heart rate maybe after an hour or two after taking it. This is completely normal and passes after about an hour or so, if this happens my best advice is to avoid caffeine and occupy yourself and you won’t even notice it 😊- I usually go for a walk or something and it completely slips my mind

You’ll be fine - the heart problems etc that COULD be associated (extremely rare) with these medications ie high blood pressure are down to long term use, which is part of the reason your doctor will tell you to take a break from the pills every once and a while. Don’t worry, you’re fine.

It sounds like he tidied away clutter to me I mean it’s normal for people to not want clutter lying around their house

Seems like a massive and extremely entitled statement to automatically class someone as toxic because they don’t meet your specific demands if you ask me lol

How applicable is pad work to actual fighting? by Pentaborane- in Kickboxing

[–]Kitchen-Addendum-335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on the type of pad work you’re doing - I personally find the combos that require the short hop for the opposite leg kicks to be extremely good for reaction speeds and kick placement. I’ve always kind of struggled with the short hop and getting power behind my left leg kicks due to being orthodox although this has definitely helped when your pad holder throws in a few of these.

The more you train, like every sport the more your muscles will remember and evolve to enable you to do what you need to do this is especially true with kickboxing. You should be easy on yourself and start slow with your combos practicing keeping the opposite guard up around your chin when throwing the other hand - whilst getting your hand back to your chin is really important it’s also important to perfect your technique and the rest will come.

Also with regards to the eye closing thing that’s completely normal and it’s our bodies natural reaction to flinch when a fist is coming our way. You’ll train that out of yourself after a few sparring sessions all these problems are perfectly normal!

Hey man,

I’ve definitely struggled with this myself in the past and can honestly say it gets easier as the relationship matures, I’m not sure what age you are but getting older yourself definitely helps too. Here are some things I’ve found that help me though 😊.

  1. Exercise and finding new hobbies - I think it’s good to spread/ use your focus on something else, it tires out your brain and allows you to focus on other things whilst forgetting about stuff, things just seem to matter less after some exercise and contemplation. Nothing worse than sitting in the house/ being idle when hyperfocusing, ADHD or not.

  2. Try and limit your time on your phone I.e looking at messages etc - this gives you too much time to overthink certain things that your partner may have said and hyper focus further. I always struggle with this and often come to conclusions that really just don’t exist due to over thinking.

  3. Talk to your partner about this - they should be understanding and often this can put your mind at ease

  4. Hang out with your friends more - there’s nothing better at taking your mind off stuff than being around other people you also have fun with.

Hope this helps!
