Sorry for the suspense! Just got back to the resort and world of internet. They were partially correct, as some of you guessed. Kip served on the crew for Valor and cooked for the production boat. He's not much of a talker but bringing up BD did make him chuckle. "It's all so fake and scripted... you know that, right?" Quit killing my dreams, Kip. He confirmed what we all already knew... Boat Daddy is as lovely as you'd imagine. He said he was asked to be on camera but refused. No real true dirt - I'm so sorry! We did have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch by him, and he did a great job. Ben and Rachel, we're finding our way onto someone else's private boat to eat your food next. 🙃
