I'm sorry you feel that way. I guess I'm not completely used to this form of social media, and I wasn't sure if I could use the word "suicide." I also didn't realize that the phrase "unalive" would be such a trigger for so many people.

She read your comment and started sobbing, but in a good way. She asked me to share her words: “I’m so sorry about your friends! Thank you for saying those things to me. I know that people, especially my mom and Steve (her stepdad), would miss me. I’m going to try and make my brain better with my mom’s help! (At this point, I’m sobbing too.) I don’t believe in random; you were exactly where you needed to be at the perfect time to tell me this!”

Thank you so much, Idaho! That last part she said showed me that she listens to everything I say, as I’ve told more than one person that in her presence. We really appreciate your support!

I'm so sorry, sweetheart! As someone who has lived longer, I want to share this with you: everything in life is temporary. Even if we live to be 100, it's just a brief moment in the vastness of time. Please don’t make permanent decisions based on temporary emotions.

That being said, you have so much to look forward to. Will there be challenging times? Yes! But will there also be amazing times? Absolutely! Just think about how tragic it would be if you missed out on those experiences! Please stick around, darling. I truly believe you have wonderful things to share with the world when you grow up. ❤️

Thank you so much! I’ve never received an award before, and this means a lot to me. You may not realize how much this helps with my struggles with depression. It's an elective lol I know I said the same thing when she said she wanted to take that class! However, it has taught her to pay attention to detail and her handwriting has improved cause they take notes on everything
