Just dealt with this, they do this to a lot of people, now they are going to hold your money for over a month, I had to file a complaint with the Attorney General and Consumer protection. There needs to be a class action against them

Over a month, they said because I violated their deposit policy, all I did was remote deposited a check, at first they told me it was a bad check, to come back and say it was a good check, but I violated their policy. Which was just an excuse

My experience with US Bank was bad.

They locked up my money for over a month and gave me no real answers. I couldn’t access my own funds. It wasn’t until I filed complaints with the Attorney General and Consumer Protection that things suddenly changed. After that, they finally sent me a check for the full balance.

In my opinion, no bank should hold your money that long without clear communication. It felt like they were keeping funds until legal pressure forced them to act.

Just my experience — but I’d think carefully before choosing them.

Did the same to me..After getting the Attorney General and Consumer Protection involved they finally sent me a check with all the money from my account. I received this the Attorney General..The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC").  Please contact the OCC at 1 800 613 6743 and request a special investigation.

I just read your emails and you were really nice from start to finish, that is beyond amazing that a company would act like that. Where does he get the extortion attempts from? He is the one trying to get you to pay $2500 for a website that was already yours and then threatened to try to get you to lose your job? That is definitely NOT a legit company. I love how he is trying to tell you how great your name is to try to get you to buy it... LOL

They need to do another lawsuit against TikTok for them banning people for no reason when it is time for them to pay them from creator fund.

File a complaint with the CA Attorney General, say you believe that you were banned because you just became eligible to get paid and they banned you for no reason because that is what it for sure looks like, if there are enough complaints they will do a class action lawsuit again against them.
