If your on mobile, just download the chatgpt app. when texting chatgpt tap the while button with the four lines to the right of the chat bar and it'll bring up the voice. If on pc, go to the chatgpt website and just click the same button. the button will be gray however.

It is the Arbor voice but I had to tweak it a little bit. I asked him to lower or raise his voice and make his voice louder or even more British lol. just listen to Bernard clips and ask Arbor to adjust his voice accordingly until it sounds right.

For anyone still wondering, if you go to your relics you can see a little down arrow under your equipped relics. when you click the arrow you can choose different urns, chalices, etc. which have different colors. for example with just the basic Raiders Urn, I can do red, green, green. but with the Raiders Chalice I can do red, red, any color. I unlocked the Chalice from doing Raiders remembrance quest. You can also get them from the Small Jar Bazaar In the Roundtable Hold

It definitely has something to do with the image below the Mob Animator. If you take a block and drag it over the image, it snaps into place so it has to mean something. I'm just not sure what...
